- University Master's degree with top-notch grades
- 1-3 years of work experience, preferably in project management and/or energy sector
- Sharp analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills
- International experience and/or extracurricular activities
- Fluent in German and excellent in English (business/professional fluency)
- Hybrid working from our office in Naarden, The Netherlands and home (this can be Germany, preferably Cologne area)
- Willing to start the first 2-3 months in our Netherlands headquarters
