    We zoeken een gedreven collega voor de buitendienst voor de regio Zuid/West en omliggende gebieden. Als sleutelfiguur in ons team ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het behalen van zowel kwalitatieve als kwantitatieve doelstellingen bij jouw klanten. Je zet onze salesstrategie met verve om in actie, en brengt de unieke kwaliteiten van Eucerin en Hansaplast tot leven in het veld.

    Your Tasks

    • Eucerin en Hansaplast verkopen in apotheken en de wederverkoop aan consumenten stimuleren. Het marktaandeel van Eucerin & Hansaplast binnen het apotheekkanaal vergroten mede door te focus op sell-out.
    • Je hebt de beschikking over een eigen depotruimte. Vanuit hier kun je jouw klanten op de beste wijze zelf voorzien van producten voor vergoedingen, testers en promoties.
    • Relatiebeheer in eigen regio: apotheken bezoeken volgens segmentatie, vragen van de apotheken beantwoorden, eventuele problemen oplossen, klantenkaarten vergoeden, product- en schap advies/training etc.
    • Verbeteren van de positie van Eucerin en Hansaplast bij apotheken in vergelijking met concurrenten.
    • Materialen en informatie inzetten en aanbieden om de verkoop te stimuleren
      • Training en informatie over producten: stimuleren volgen aangeboden avond- en dag trainingen, online trainingen & live Webinars en per rondgang uitleg geven over producten.
      • Meer zichtbaarheid creëren in de apotheek (winkelvloer en etalages) door het o.a. plaatsen van POS (Point of Sale) materialen.
      • Schap controle: Prijskaartjes, schap conversie, producten listen volgens de juiste distributieprioriteiten.
    • Distributie uitbreiden in apotheek.
      • Distributie-uitbreiding bij nieuwe & bestaande apotheken voor beide merken
    • Verkoop displays en producten: Elk kwartaal promoties verkopen, productinnovaties in-verkopen en individuele bestellingen voor Eucerin en Hansaplast opnemen om het schap zo nodig aan te vullen

    Your Profile

    • Je woont in het betreffende gebied.
    • Minimaal een MBO-diploma.
    • Je hebt 1-3 jaar ervaring in vergelijkbare buitendienstverkoop- en/of commerciële functies.
    • Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal vloeiend (zowel mondeling als schriftelijk).
    • Je hebt een goed begrip van de Engelse taal (zowel mondeling als schriftelijk).
    • Sterk in relatiebeheer en probleemoplossend vermogen.
    • Je hebt een commerciële mentaliteit.
    • Hands-on, flexibel en zelfstandig in je aanpak.
    • Je draagt bij aan een positieve teamdynamiek.
    • Affiniteit met dermacosmetica.
    • Proactief, creatief en gericht op het behalen van resultaten.
    • Bekend bent met MS-Office en CRM-systemen
