    Job Description:

    As a Manager Engineering you will be managing employees of the Engineering department and taking care of leading the department and realizing long-term projects, in order to realize the projects according to schedule and agreements and to realize a well-functioning department.

    1. Managing the team of employees of the department
    2. Implementing the department policy according to quality requirements
    3. Taking care of the realization of PMD projects
    4. Responsible for the assurance and promotion of expertise and appropriate competences of employees of the department
    5. Managing quality areas Process Validation, Cleaning Validation and Periodic Requalification on top of the general field of the process engineering
    6. Performing all other activities appearing within the scope of the function

    Your profile:

    • Academically relevant training, knowledge of chemistry, pharmacy, biology and/or process technology
    • Experience in leading (large-scale) projects
    • Knowledge of management techniques and project management (PMI)
    • Multi-year work experience in pharma and experience as a manager
    • Knowledge of GMP laws and regulations and relevant methodologies and procedures and organizational processes and specific Process Validation, Cleaning Validation, Routine Validation
    • Quality control of installations and validation
    • Knowledge of one's own field of expertise is tracked and assessed on the applicability in one's own work, on the impact within the department and on relevance in the context of the development of the department policy
