    We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to create a Global Market Access function for Nordic Pharma. This is a newly-created role.

    In essence, your role will be to develop and implement global market access strategies for new and existing Nordic Pharma products in order to maximize their commercial success in target markets worldwide.

    You will collaborate with key external stakeholders, in particular with payers, to navigate complex regulatory environments and reimbursement processes and deliver the pricing and access strategies required to secure appropriate reimbursement for our portfolio products. You will partner internally with Regulatory, Medical, Commercial, Supply and Procurement to secure their input and insights.

    Key responsibilities:

    Study and analyze changes in health policy market environments, monitor payer landscapes, market dynamics, health technology assessment (HRA), reimbursement processes. Use these insights to feed Nordic Pharma's pricing strategies;

    • Develop reimbursement policies and lead on negotiations and train the company teams to ensure optimal product uptake and conduct health economic evaluations. Lead and negotiate reimbursement agreements with payers to optimize product accessibility and affordability.

    • Support Global market expansion by providing evaluation of new markets and territories; identifying opportunities for market expansion including assessing market potential, competition, and regulatory requirements.
    • Provide MA intelligence by monitoring and analyzing market access trends, competitor strategies, and policy developments to anticipate changes in market access landscapes. Use RWE and Phase 4 Studies, health economic modelling and Customer Insight extensively to inform business decision.

    These key responsibilities will be delivered via :

    • Regulatory compliance: Stay up-to-date with global regulatory requirements, including health authority guidelines, HTA methodologies, and pricing regulations, ensuring compliance and minimising regulatory risks.
    • Stakeholder engagement: Establish and maintain relationships with key external stakeholders, including government authorities, payers, health technology assessment bodies, and patient advocacy groups to understand their needs, address concerns, and influence decision-making processes.
    • Value communication: Develop and deliver compelling value propositions, health economic arguments, and evidence-based dossiers to effectively communicate the clinical, economic, and patient-centric benefits of our products to payers and other decision-makers.
    • Collaboration with internal teams, including marketing, medical affairs, clinical development, and regulatory affairs, to align market access strategies with overall product objectives and ensure seamless execution across functions.
    • Global market expansion: Support the evaluation of new markets and territories; identifying opportunities for market expansion including assessing market potential, competition, and regulatory requirements.
    • Market access intelligence: Monitor and Analyse market access trends, competitor strategies, and policy developments to anticipate changes in market access landscapes and inform business decisions.
    • Performance Tracking: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of market access strategies and initiatives, and provide timely reporting and recommendations to senior management.

    Qualifications, experience, and skills requirements

    • Master's Degree in Health Economics, Life Sciences, Pharmacy or a related field.
    • Strong track record of success in Market Access, health economics, pricing and reimbursement, or related roles within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
    • Experience of commercial launches.
    • In-depth Understanding of global market access landscapes, including regulatory requirements, HTA processes, pricing and reimbursement systems, and payer dynamics.
    • Familiarity with health economic modelling and evidence generation methodologies.
    • Analytical and Problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at various levels.
    • Proven track record of successfully leading and executing market access strategies in global markets.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
