    Jouw functie
    Binnen de Wetenschappelijke Administratie (WA) ben je, samen met je collega's, verantwoordelijk voor de administratie en het bijhouden van studiedocumentatie van klinische studies. Afhankelijk van de specifieke tumorwerkgroep (TWG) werk je nauw samen en ondersteun je verschillende Clinical Projects Managers op de afdeling.

    De WA heeft ruim medewerkers in dienst en werkt veel samen met andere afdelingen in het AVL, (academische) ziekenhuizen, onderzoeksgroepen en de farmaceutische industrie. De afdeling ondersteunt jaarlijks gemiddeld zo'n - studies binnen het ziekenhuis.

    Wat ga je doen?
  • Aanmaken en bijhouden van een (digitale) archivering van studiedocumenten op basis van geldende wet- en regelgeving.
  • Verzamelen, laten ondertekenen en controleren van studiedocumenten.
  • Bewaken van tijdigheid, volledigheid en juistheid van de studiedocumenten checks en het bijhouden van overzichten.
  • Organiseren en voorbereiden van visites (en mogelijke audits) vanuit sponsoren.
  • Opvolgen en oplossen van bevindingen gerelateerd aan de studiedocumentatie.
  • Ondersteuning bieden bij indieningen van onderzoeksdossiers bij toetsende instanties CTIS).
  • Bijhouden van de interne studiedatabase.
  • Het ondersteunen van de afdeling bij overige administratieve en/of secretariële taken gerelateerd aan de uitvoer van studies.

    • Jouw profiel

  • Je bent in bezit van een MBO-diploma administratief medewerker of vergelijkbare ervaring.
  • Je bent in staat om zelfstandig, maar ook in teamverband te werken.
  • Je bent probleemoplossend, proactief en nauwkeurig.
  • Je bent digitaal vaardig en hebt een goede beheersing van MS Office en Teams.
  • Je beschikt over goede sociale en communicatieve vaardigheden, hebt een dienstverlenende instelling en een uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift.
  • Je bent snel thuis in diverse systemen en weet er makkelijk en efficiënt mee te werken.
  • Kennis van klinische studies en bijbehorende ICH-GCP (Good Clinical Practice) richtlijnen is een pré.

    • Jouw ontwikkelingsmogelijkheden arbeidsvoorwaarden

    Het betreft een dienstverband voor in eerste instantie 1 jaar, waarbij bij goed functioneren een verlenging mogelijk is van nog anderhalf jaar. Hierna is een vast dienstverband mogelijk afhankelijk van de groeimogelijkheden binnen de afdeling.

  • Jouw salaris zal, afhankelijk van ervaring tussen €2.,- en €3.,-, op basis van een -urige werkweek conform functieschaal FWG (salarisschaal juni 4).
  • Hiernaast ontvang je 8,% vakantiegeld en een vaste eindejaarsuitkering van 8,%.
