- Je hebt ervaring als recruiter en affiniteit met marketing en communicatie.
- Je hebt uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en je kunt goed communiceren in het Engels.
- Je bent proactief, creatief en resultaatgericht.
- Je kunt prioriteiten stellen en strategische beslissingen nemen.
- Kennis van contentcreatie, sociale media en arbeidsmarktcommunicatie is gewenst maar we zien jouw sollicitatie ook graag tegemoet als je deze ervaring nog niet hebt.

Jouw rol:
Als Recruitment & Employer Officer ben jij een belangrijke schakel in ons wervingsproces én naast recruitment ook verantwoordelijk voor het versterken van ons employer brand. Het volledige recruitment proces ligt bij jou in goede handen Je hebt een actieve rol in het vinden van nieuw talent en werkt daarbij nauw samen met verschillende afdelingen en hiring managers. Daarnaast ben je bezig met het ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van (internationale) employer branding initiatieven om ons als aantrekkelijke werkgever te positioneren.
