About the Job
QFS in Sourcing are the gatekeepers of the raws and packs being brought into Danone.

As we cater to highly sensitive, complex and diverse end consumers, this reflects itself in the diversity of suppliers to be managed and the depth of the relationship that needs to be built.

This position supports our Global QFS in Sourcing organization by ensuring Danone QFS requirements are implemented at supplier sites to ensure safe, compliant and fit-for-use materials.

Your main mission will be:

Drive supplier performance and maturity, through training, connection and audits to ensure best care for our dairy ingredients sourced in EUROPE
Ensure our compliance to Danone standards and tools
Be an expert in and write QFS standards for existing and new documents/tools linked to dairy ingredients
Collaborate with C&P and Specifications teams to ensure full coverage of supplier and material risks and driving sustainable, longterm improvement

More specific you'll work on:

Driving the day to day relationship with the dairy ingredient suppliers of the portfolio : auditing, CAPA follow up, complaint handling, training of supplier personnel
Support delivery of innovation and productivity projects requiring new supplier site development, or supplier site expansion
Be expert point of contact for Global standards, C&P and Specifications teams on processed dairy ingredients
Support business and cobuild sourcing strategy, providing flexible and innovative solutions
Develop culture of quality, consumer centric and risk based approach mindset, of both suppliers and buyers
To contribute to the Global QFS activities: strategy, key priorities, and standards and guidelines. Design and ensure implementation of category standards and transversal projects worldwide (CSR, toolkit, category book, Food fraud program, emerging risk roadmap, etc.)

About you

You are an autonomous, mobile, team player who can easily connect with cross functional departments and have strong negotiation skills.

You have the ability to communicate, even difficult messages, and influence people outside of the Danone organization.

You build trust based transparent relationships with people, are able to take accountability in unclear situations, and strive always for Food Safety compliance.

For this role it is important to have a proactive attitude, prioritization skills with a strong eye for detail.

You'll fit perfectly if you have:

In depth knowledge of processing, sourcing and handling or dairy ingredients
Good knowledge of our Danone categories, especially SN DRY blend
Data gathering and analysis capability, including statistical process control
Advanced problemsolving techniques
Previous auditing experiences and/or certifications
Strong skills in stakeholder management and cross functional working
Capability to work autonomously, connect to a remote team of experts and drive your travel planning
