    Your goal

    Als Manager Portfolio Analytics & Reporting vervul je een cruciale rol bij het verzamelen en beheren van kwantitatieve en kwalitatieve informatie van de Private Equity- en Venture Capital-fondsen waarin Marktlink Capital investeert. Deze informatie vormt de basis voor portfolioanalyses en rapportages van de Marktlink Capital fondsen. Als Manager ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor het opstellen en verstrekken van deze rapportages en analyses, die we delen met onze investeerders. Je krijgt ondersteuning van het Finance team en business analisten. Naast deze kerntaken ondersteunt de Manager bij diverse analyses, projecten en ad-hoc verzoeken.     Your responsibilities

    • Het up-to-date houden van de interne database met gegevens van onderliggende fondsen;
    • Het opvragen van fondsinformatie bij ons Finance team om dit te verwerken binnen de rapportages. Hierin bewaar jij het oog op de tijdslijnen;
    • Toezicht houden en sturing bieden op het gegevensverzamelingsproces om Investor Reporting mogelijk te maken;
    • Opstellen van kwartaalrapportages om te voldoen aan de verplichtingen richting onze investeerders. Dit omvat het schrijven van fondsupdates en coördineren van de bijdragen van collega's;
    • Handhaven van kwaliteitsnormen en het vaststellen en prioriteren van taken en deadlines;
    • Identificeren van gebieden van zorg vanwege onvoldoende of onnauwkeurige informatie. Aandragen van ideeën/processen die in aanmerking komen voor verbetering;
    • Ontwikkelen van cumulatieve kennis, vaardigheden en bekwaamheden om de kernverantwoordelijkheden succesvol te voltooien;
    • Ondersteunen van sales- / investment teams bij verzoeken van investeerders / investeringsmaatschappijen;
    • Samenwerken met de verschillende teams om interne processen efficiënter te maken waar mogelijk;

    Your profile

    • 3-6 jaar ervaring, met voorkeur binnen de PE-industrie of Asset Management;
    • Minimaal in het bezit van een Bachelor diploma (bij voorkeur Finance, Economics, Accounting Business of Engineering);
    • Bewezen vaardigheid in multitasking en het beheren van prioriteiten tegen harde deadlines;
    • Vermogen om met verschillende belanghebbenden binnen een organisatie te werken;
    • Sterke Nederlandse verbale- en schriftelijke communicatieve vaardigheden;
    • Probleemoplossend vermogen en de vaardigheid om de uitvoering van nauwkeurige en hoogwaardige eindproducten te overzien en coördineren;
