At Coty we are looking for ambitious Customer Marketing interns with a hands-on mentality. As a Customer Marketing intern you will collaborate in a Key Account team. This internship is based at our headquarters in Amsterdam and at your home-office.

The Luxury division is a strong player in the luxury fragrance and skincare perfumery market. Key brands within Luxury are the skincare brands Lancaster and Philosophy, and our luxury fragrance brands include Hugo Boss, Gucci, Chloé, Marc Jacobs, Calvin Klein, Jil Sander, JOOP, Lacoste, Escada & Davidoff.

Key Responsibilities/Activities
Support the Key Account Team with storechecks including reporting
Data analysis & financial tasks
Prepare product and trade activities data according to Key Account needs
Coordinate with Trade Marketing/Marketing team delivery of marketing materials to Key Accounts
Implement and full follow up of trade plan initiatives of Coty Beauty brands
Updating account files with timely and accurate delivery
Be part of the team managing the Consumer Beauty Color Service round operations


RELEVANT COMPETENCIES
Team player, energetic, good empathy and communication skill
Strong analytical skills.
Attention for detail and structured
Good command of office software, in particular Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Proactivity and self-starter. Results oriented. Ability to maintain focus on quantitative objectives in a multi-task demanding environment
Fluent in English & Dutch


Requirements:

Passion for beauty and our brands, and a strong affinity with the dynamics of the FMCG
HBO/WO Student (Bachelor/Master)
Proactive and hands-on
Strong eye for detail
Thinks out-of-the-box and is creative
Does not shy away from responsibilities and is happy to provide added value
Flexible and loves challenges
Good administrative & communication skills and likes to work in a team
Fluent in Dutch and English, French is an advantage

Period

This internship is full-time (38 hours per week), for a duration of 6 months and starts from August/September 2024. You will receive an internship allowance and travel allowance, if you do not have a student public transport card. The internship can be combined with a thesis. Be aware that this will largely have to be done in your own time.
