    Building a sustainable tomorrow Ben jij die betrokken, conceptueel denkende risk manager? Vind jij het een uitdaging om het risicoprofiel van complexe woningbouw, utiliteitsbouw en of civiele werken in beeld te brengen en te managen? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou. Wat ga je doen Een unieke kans om als ervaren risk manager jouw bijdrage te leveren aan onze uitdagende projecten. Een dynamische omgeving waarbij je niet alleen de interne klant, maar ook opdrachtgevers 'challenged' op risico's. Als senior risk manager adviseer, spar en initieer jij - in samenspraak met de projectleiders, contractmanagers, projectplanners en (financieel) controllers - de projectleiding over de effectiviteit van haar projectbeheersing.Daarnaast coördineer je periodiek risicosessies (in tenders en projecten in uitvoering) met als doel, het bereiken van een zo hoog mogelijke betrouwbaarheid en kwaliteit (volledigheid, juistheid en tijdigheid) van risicobeheersing op project- en portfolioniveau.Voor de concrete invulling van de rol heb je onder andere de volgende verantwoordelijkheden:

    • Risico's vertalen naar projectresultaat, planning en financiële consequenties met Monte Carlo-simulaties;

    • Voorstellen tot verdere beheersing van het risicoprofiel;

    • Coachen van het projectteam in risicomanagement en het op de hoogte houden van de actuele stand van zaken;

    • Tweewekelijks overleg met MT-leden over toprisico's;

    • Implementatie van risicomanagementproces (plan-do-check-act) en samenwerking met professionals voor risicoanalyse.

    Jouw werkomgeving Als risk manager in het 10-koppige team risk, ontwikkel je project- en bedrijfsrisicomanagement (Corporate Risk Management) binnen BAM Nederland verder, samen met interne en externe professionals, om het naar een hoger niveau te tillen.     • Een salaris tussen de € ,- € ,- bruto per maand, afhankelijk van jouw kennis en ervaring. Dit is op basis van een 40-urige werkweek en exclusief 8% vakantiegeld;

    • Goede secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden volgens de Bouw en Infra cao, inclusief 25 vakantiedagen, 15 roostervrije dagen en 3 kortverzuimdagen per kalenderjaar;

    • Een afgeronde hbo/wo opleiding;

    • Relevante ervaring in project- en bedrijfsrisicomanagement;

    • Affiniteit met techniek, vooral in maakindustrie; bij voorkeur ervaring in bouw- en infrastructuursector;

    • Voor de percelen is het een harde eis dat je kennis hebt van de contractvormen UAV-GC

    • Je bent proactief, pragmatisch en doelgericht. Daarnaast heb je sterke communicatieve vaardigheden.
