As part of its new organization and the global challenges facing Equans in the field of cybersecurity, the IT Department of Equans is looking for a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), Digital Platforms.

This is what you will do as a CISO

Within the Equans IT department, you will be part of the Cybersecurity team and the SLS

(Shared Line of Services) Digital Platforms, in charge implementing the global cybersecurity

strategy of Equans. This includes overseeing, evaluating, and supporting the documentation, validation, assessment, and authorization processes necessary to assure that existing and new information technology (IT) systems meet the organization's cybersecurity and risk requirements. You ensure appropriate treatment of risk, compliance, and assurance from internal and external perspectives.

as a CISO in the SLS Digital Platforms, you are key stakeholder of the information security of all Digital Platforms & Cloud environments worldwide

in close connection with your SLS fellow CISO's and our IT outsourcing partner, your mission will be to maintain and enhance our security posture by monitoring security KPIs, working closely with operational teams, driving cyber risk assessments and technical audits, and tracking remediation plans

SLS Digital Platform is in charge of the global API management solution, the DevOps Forge platform, Integration, Engineering applications and Secure file transport platform, but will adopt new digital platforms if needed and/or possible

you have a higher education degree (an Engineering degree in cybersecurity or a master's degree in computer science and networks) or a proven experience as a Security Architect

recognized for your expertise in securing systems, with ideally some related

certifications (CISM, CompTIA Security+...) or certifications from cloud providers

comfortable working in a decentralized and multicultural organization, with

heterogenous maturity levels in terms of cybersecurity and architecture practices

as a person you are autonomous, energetic and show initiative. You are a good communicator, develop and maintain good relationships

you have strong ethics, and can exercise discretion

you and are fluent in English and we consider it an advantage if you speak French

skilled in determining how a security system should work (including its resilience and

dependability capabilities) and how changes in conditions, operations, or the

environment will affect these outcomes

Knowledge

knowledge of risk management processes (e.g., methods for assessing and mitigating risk)

knowledge of laws, regulations, policies, and ethics as they relate to cybersecurity

and privacy

knowledge of cybersecurity and privacy principles

knowledge of cyber threats and vulnerabilities

knowledge of data backup and recovery

knowledge of Risk Management Framework (RMF) requirements

knowledge of measures or indicators of system performance and availability

knowledge of server administration and systems engineering theories, concepts, and

methods

knowledge of system administration, network, and operating system hardening

techniques

knowledge of applicable laws and regulations

good knowledge of cloud model as well as security best practices (AWS / Azure)

good knowledge of network architecture and related security components (firewalls,

IPS, DNS etc.)

salary between € 5.400 and € 7.780,00 gross per month based on your experience, excluding vacation pay

permanent contract
