    Functie omschrijving

    Binnen de Branding afdeling zijn er een aantal pijlers die belangrijk zijn, zoals:

    Social Media Marketing (META, Snapchat, Tiktok, Pinterest, Youtube)

    Samenwerkingen met partners (zoals bijv. sportclubs)

    Evenementen (zoals bijv. festivals)

    Influencer marketing (micro, meso en macro influencers)

    Fotoshoots (intern, binnen- en buitenlandse shoots met modellen)

    Jij regelt, coördineert en hebt het helicopterview en geeft de juiste aansturing zodat alles tijdig tot in de puntjes verzorgd is. Daarbij bewaak en beheer je het budget, jij zorgt dat alles klopt en we niet voor verrassingen komen te staan. In deze functie rapporteer je aan de Head of Marketing.

    Het zwaartepunt van deze functie bepaal je samen met jouw manager. We kijken samen welke aspecten het beste bij jou passen (fotoshoots/events/influencers/social media/samenwerkingen). Je zult minimaal voor 2 van deze activiteiten hoofdverantwoordelijke worden. Jij bedenkt een gaaf concept voor de campagnelancering en vervolgens ga jij aan het werk. Van het maken van een planning, het verzorgen van de juiste briefing naar alle stakeholders, het regelen van alle pre-productionele taken rondom conceptkeuzes tot aan moment zelf. Jij bent in de lead en zowel intern als extern het aanspreekpunt

    Verder begrijp jij als geen ander wat de doelgroep wil en weet dit te vertalen en tot realisatie te brengen. Je weet wat het merk uitdraagt of bent simpelweg zélf de doelgroep, je kunt je in deze vibe gemakkelijk verplaatsen. Jij vindt de balans tussen het creatieve én het commerciële aspect. Zo bedenk je concepten die ook écht aansluiten.

    Functie-eisen

    • Je hebt minimaal 2 jaar soortgelijke ervaring opgedaan op minimaal één van deze aspecten: fotoshoots, influencer marketing, events, social media óf samenwerkingen met partners.
    • Ervaring binnen de fashion of lifestyle is een must.
    • Je bent minimaal 38 uur per week beschikbaar.
    • Je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift.
    • Je hebt een enorme drive, bent initiatiefrijk en toont ondernemerschap.
    • Je bent creatief, maar kunt ook goed commercieel handelen. Je denkt tactisch na.
