    Je blijft je continu ontwikkelen en beschikt over de juiste kennis en werkervaring binnen jouw vakgebied, complexe constructies van gebouwen.
    Als register ontwerper (RO) binnen onze adviesgroep Structural Design & Engineering (SD&E) werk je aan uitdagende opgaves. Binnen Arcadis zijn de projecten toonaangevend, omvangrijk, complex en groeit het team Structural Design & Engineering hard. Ze nemen duurzaamheid, circulair design en innovatief materiaalgebruik mee in hun ontwerpen, dat maakt projecten vaak uniek en samen met de modernste ontwerptools en data toepassingen, state off the art. In jouw rol als ervaren constructief ontwerper pak je zelfstandig de verantwoordelijkheid op voor het ontwerpen en berekeningen van gebouwconstructies, in hout, staal en beton. Je werkt actief mee aan de duurzaamheidsstrategie van Arcadis en maakt zo onderdeel uit van onze maatschappelijke betrokkenheid.
    Je ondersteund je collega constructeurs en onderhoudt het contact met de opdrachtgever over de technische inhoudelijke zaken. Je bewaakt de kwaliteit en de voortgang van de uitwerkingen. Je bent daarnaast ook in staat om commercieel te handelen. Je pakt projecten proactief op, waar je die ziet en met een onderscheidende aanpak weet je die uit te werken in creatieve, slimme en winstgevende constructies. Kortom een brede en technisch uitdagende functie die je deels ook zelf in kunt invullen, waarbij je als ontwerper een belangrijke rol speelt in onze veelal multidisciplinaire toonaangevende projecten. Jouw adviesgroep is Structural Design & Engineering (SD&E) en zij richten zich op het constructief ontwerpen van gebouwen en het op hoofdlijnen en in detail uitwerken daarvan. De adviesgroep is onderdeel van de divisie Places en valt onder de marktgroep Real Estate Design&Consultancy. The Cube House Amsterdam, Binnenhof-Tweede Kamer, Johan Cruijff ArenA, Preventief versterken NO Nederland, Maasboulevard Venlo, Mosae Forum, De Spakler Amsterdam, The View Rotterdam, The Joan Amsterdam, ASML, Friesland Campina, Rijksmuseum, Holland Casino en rechtbank Zwolle.
    Binnen de projecten zijn verduurzaming, circulair bouwen, innovatief materiaalgebruik en design automation belangrijke speerpunten.
    Je hebt grote interesse in innovaties en toepassing van nieuwe technieken en je blijft jezelf graag ontwikkelen. Je krijgt energie van het aansturen van een team van constructeurs en modelleurs. Je hebt ook voor duurzaamheid en een houding van maatschappelijke betrokkenheid.

    Afgeronde opleiding WO civiele techniek of bouwkunde (constructie) of HBO Bouwkunde (constructie) met een aanvulling van bv HTI Beton/Staal constructeur;
    Je spreekt/schrijft Nederlands, goed Engels en waardeert samenwerking met internationale collegaâs;
