    Your role and responsibilities

    Talk to customers - Conduct comprehensive user and market research, including competitor analysis, to identify market trends, understand persona, and uncover opportunities
    Tell a story – be able to lay out a vision and bring agencies and in-house expertise to execute on that vision
    Partner with each program lead to highlight in an interactive way the key customer benefits of that program
    Partnering with the Experience/Event Marketing team for event narrative and logistics

    Qualifications for the role
    • Proven experience in delivering interactive demonstrations at major events
    • Knowledge of the latest application development software
    • Project Management experience
    • Iterative Design
    • Figma
    • Human-Computer Interaction
    • Unity
    • Prototyping
    • User Experience Design (UED)
    • User Interface Design
    • Service Design
    • User Experience (UX)
    • Define business metrics and measurement plan (OKRs)
