- Talk to customers - Conduct comprehensive user and market research, including competitor analysis, to identify market trends, understand persona, and uncover opportunities
- Tell a story – be able to lay out a vision and bring agencies and in-house expertise to execute on that vision
- Partner with each program lead to highlight in an interactive way the key customer benefits of that program
- Partnering with the Experience/Event Marketing team for event narrative and logistics
- Proven experience in delivering interactive demonstrations at major events
