Jouw hart ligt bij het bedenken van innovatieve digitale oplossingen voor technologische vraagstukken. Bij Growteq is ons IT-team aan het groeien en dat betekent dat we op zoek zijn naar een ervaren Salesforce Developer. Iemand die het in zich heeft om projecten van A tot Z eigen te maken en meer wil halen uit zijn development functie.
Wat ga je doen?
Bij Growteq ontwikkelen we effectieve en innovatieve technologische oplossingen voor onze klanten. Neem bijvoorbeeld een groot internationaal duurzaamheidsproject waarvoor een slimme Salesforce-omgeving gebouwd moet worden. Of juist een lokale startup, die we helpen groeien met jouw applicaties. In jouw rol als Salesforce Developer sta jij namelijk aan het roer. Je weet als geen ander de behoeften van de klant om te zetten in de juiste oplossingen. Je gaat aan de slag met onder andere integraties, webportals, templates en bouwt Javascript componenten en maatwerk applicaties.
De projecten waar je aan werkt zijn veelzijdig en variëren van kleine uitdagingen tot complexe vraagstukken. Jouw rol is niet alleen achter je bureau code kloppen, juist in deze functie is klantcontact een belangrijk component. We streven daarin altijd naar langdurige relaties met onze klanten en daar vervul jij een sleutelrol in. Jij draagt de verantwoordelijkheid voor het succes van ons werk.
Wie ben je?
Je hebt een passie voor IT en hebt ervaring met programmeertalen. Je vervult deze passie het liefst door hands-on met klanten samen te werken om maatwerk te leveren. Geen probleem is onoverbrugbaar, want jij bent een doorzetter en bijt je graag vast in technologische uitdagingen. Je ziet ze als een puzzel en haalt voldoening uit het vinden van de beste oplossing. Collega's zien jou als een sparringpartner, iemand bij wie ze terecht kunnen voor een helpende hand of een goed gesprek.
Waar kun je op rekenen?
Je komt te werken in ons hechte Salesforce team, bestaande uit 8 collega's en gaat werken aan een divers scala aan projecten. Hierin krijg je alle ruimte om onze klanten te helpen groeien. Ons kantoor is niet alleen een plek om hard te werken, maar ook om te ontspannen. Daag een collega uit voor een potje tafelvoetbal of zet de Playstation aan voor wat ontspanning na de lunch.
