    Data Entry Manager uren

    Sta jij garant voor een foutloze administratie? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou

    Als onze Data Entry Manager ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de invoer en verwerking van onze data. Je zorgt ervoor dat alle informatie correct en up to date is, waarbij je nauw samenwerkt met de Supply Chain Manager en de assistentes van ons Product Management team.

    Jouw taken zullen verder bestaan uit

    • Het verwerken van diverse data en het invoeren van diverse gegevens in ons ERP systeem (Business Central);
    • Product en fabrikant data verzamelen en verwerken in de specifieke klantsystemen;
    • Coördineren en bijhouden van de 'foto databank';
    • Signaleren, verhelpen en/of rapporteren van (administratieve) knelpunten;
    • Verbeteren van huidige data in Business Central.


    Jouw talenten

    Om succesvol te zijn binnen deze functie ben jij zeer en kritisch. Jij bent administratief sterk onderlegd en deinst niet terug om informatie te vragen wanneer data of gegevens onvolledig wordt aangeleverd. Jij hebt een gestructureerde en stabiele persoonlijkheid en weet als geen ander dat alles valt of staat met een correcte database.

    Verder zoeken wij een Data Entry Manager die

    • Minimaal MBO werk- en denkniveau heeft;
    • In staat is eigen werkzaamheden te controleren;
    • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal heeft in woord en geschrift;
    • Handig is met Microsoft Office;
    • Ervaring heeft met werken in een ERP systeem (wij werken met Microsoft Dynamics);
    • Ervaring heeft met data van producten;
    • Geen moeite heeft met het werken binnen een internationaal team;
    • Kennis hebben van onze huidige PIM systemen en Power BI tools/Business Central
    • Kennis hebben van Excel (formulas, pivot table etc.)
