We are KRAFTON - a collective of independent game development studios brought together to create innovative and engaging entertainment experiences for gamers across the world.
Since the release of our flagship title -PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS - in 2017, it has become one of the highest-selling video games of all time with over 70 million copies sold.
Our Amsterdam Office is KRAFTON's EMEA Headquarters which covers the Europe, Middle East & Africa, and the CIS regions, with teams dedicated to Publishing, Esports, Content, Communications and General Operations.
Onsite, our Amsterdam Office also houses PUBG Studios which is busy with the development of an exciting new IP, currently known as Project "Black Budget".
Basic Roles and Responsibilities:
Acting as the central point of contact you will facilitate information flow and work collaboration among different regions. Ensure the successful global release of the project
Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for the successful launch and scaling of new products in Western markets.
Collaborate closely with Marketing and Product Management teams at Headquarters to understand product specifics and positioning.
Facilitate communication and workflow between the Headquarters and Western teams to ensure alignment and expedite market entry.
Lead, mentor and develop a cross-functional team dedicated to Western market scale-up initiatives.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management, providing updates on project status, challenges, and resource allocation to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of scale-up activities.
We are ideally looking for:
A passion for games and a keen eye for market trends and data.
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams across different geographical locations.
Exhibit a strong sense of responsibility, self-drive, and exceptional communication abilities.
Be resilient to pressure and capable of managing work across different time zones.
Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and project management
Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills in Korean and English, facilitating seamless collaboration across diverse teams.
Minimum 7 years of experience in Marketing communications, product management, consulting, or a similar role, with a strong emphasis on international market scaling.
