    Jouw baan

    Als Legal Counsel bij VodafoneZiggo zal de nadruk van je werkzaamheden liggen op het mededingingsrecht. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het adviseren van commerciële teams. Dit houdt in de naleving van de mededingingsregels, het leiden van mededingingsonderzoeken, het adviseren bij M&A en strategische projecten en de invoering van het Competition Law compliance programma. Als betrouwbare teamspeler geef je duidelijk en commercieel advies en beïnvloed en beheer je belangrijke relaties op alle niveaus. In een dynamische omgeving als deze, met nationale en internationale stakeholders, is het 'never a dull moment'.

    Jij gaat ervoor, elke werkdag weer. Voor je plezier én voor de volgende arbeidsvoorwaarden. Een fulltime baan bij VodafoneZiggo kun je al uitoefenen vanaf 32 uur. De keuze is aan jou. Op basis van 40 uur, ontvang je:

    Bruto maandsalaris tussen
    € 5.180 en € 7.410 met groeiperspectief.

    Benefit Budget van 14,95% (incl. vakantiegeld) is onderdeel van je brutosalaris. Laat het uitbetalen, koop extra vakantiedagen of spaar het op.

    NS-Business Card naar keuze. Ook om privé gratis eersteklas mee te reizen.

    Jaarlijkse bonus, afhankelijk van het bedrijfsresultaat.

    Keuze om 2 á 3 dagen vanuit huis te werken in plaats van op kantoor, plus een internetvergoeding.

    Dit breng jij mee

    Je bent een proactieve en hands-on jurist die weet wat er speelt en mensen in beweging krijgt. Je hebt de ambitie om de lat hoog te leggen en bent een echte teamspeler. Met een pragmatische aanpak richt je je op het resultaat, samen met een divers team dat bestaat uit ca. 19 juristen. Je bent gewend om met tijdsdruk om te kunnen gaan (bijvoorbeeld vanwege informatieverzoeken of fusies en overnames).

    • Een afgeronde universitaire opleiding Nederlands recht
    • Minimaal 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring binnen de advocatuur en/of het internationale bedrijfsleven
    • Ervaring met het mededingingsrecht en het omgaan met toezichthouders
    • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal
