- Afstemmen van bijzonderheden en problemen met andere afdelingen.
- Behandelen van vragen en klachten
- Te woord staan en inchecken van de gasten
- Reserveringen aannemen en verwerken in het PMS-systeem Mews
- Uitchecken van gasten en de financiële afhandeling
- Verstrekken van informatie en verlenen van service aan gasten, zoals: het geven van algemene en toeristische informatie, informatie over openbaar vervoer en restaurants
- Uitvoeren van controles op een correcte en voorgeschreven administratieve verwerking en procedures
- Je bent service gericht. Je doet altijd een stapje extra voor jouw gasten
- Je beschikt over een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel
- Ervaring in soortgelijke hotels en posities is een pré
- Woonachtig in Utrecht of omstreken
- Proactief in handelen en probleemoplossend kunnen denken
- Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels (andere talen een pré)
- Zeer flexibel: zo kun je in de ochtenden, avonden, weekenden of dagdiensten werken
- Je bent assertief en hebt het vermogen om zelfstandig te kunnen werken
- Je hebt een sprankelende persoonlijkheid en je bent niet op je mondje gevallen

Wij zijn op zoek naar een nieuwe fulltime Front Office Goose om ons team te versterken.
Mother Goose
Bij Mother Goose gaan we voor het ultieme gevoel van thuiskomen. Ons hotel bevindt zich in de historische binnenstad van Utrecht. Het pand kent een rijk verleden en is bijzonder ingericht. Elke etage heeft een eigen kleurthema en een aantal kamers hebben spectaculair uitzicht op de Dom. Bij ons geen traditionele hotelervaring, maar thuiskomen onder de vleugels van Mother Goose.
Wij zoeken:
First and foremost iemand die het oprecht heel leuk vindt om gasten het naar de zin te maken. Bij Mother Goose komen de gasten thuis in jouw stadsie. Een echte Front Office Goose weet precies in welke straatjes de leukste winkeltjes zitten, waar je de beste kop koffie drinkt en op het leukste terras zit. Met liefde zet je alles in het werk om jouw gasten een onvergetelijk verblijf te bezorgen.

Als Front Office Goose ben je verantwoordelijk voor alle werkzaamheden die plaatsvinden tijdens de ochtend- en de avonddienst.
