Freelance Psychologist - Occupational Health & EAP

Ascender, one of the most valued psychological service providers for workers in the Netherlands for 25 years, has been part of TELUS Health since the end of 2022.

TELUS Health helps employers, healthcare professionals, insurers and individuals solve healthcare inefficiencies through leading technology and passionate employees. We are immediately looking for freelance Psychologists in the 's-Hertogenbosch area.


Responsibilities in your role:

• Conducting intakes, diagnostic research and indepth interviews;
• Drawing up a supervision plan;
• Implementation of psychological guidance by means of guidance forms from cognitive behavioral therapy, solutionoriented approach, EMDR or other forms of guidance;
• Communication with company doctors and medical advisers;
• Drawing up reports for clients, insurance and company doctors.

Skills and qualifications:

• WO Master in Psychology with a specialization in Work and Health or Work and Organisation;
• Registered Psychologist NIP/Work and Health or willing to get this registration;
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience aimed at restoring functioning in the work context;
• A flexible, solutionoriented, productive and customeroriented attitude;
• An analytical and empathetic view and keen observation skills;
• Excellent oral and written communication skills;
• Excellent command of the English and Dutch language.
