Product Owner InsideBusiness portal administration

As Product Owner you are responsible for the prioritization of the backlog of your team, align with multiple stakeholders within and outside our tribe and ensure a high team happiness. You are capable of understanding our complex user/employee journeys and have a solid understanding of developing front-ends for our customers and employees. Combine this with a basic knowledge of IT and being able to navigate between demanding stakeholders makes you a perfect candidate.

Your role & work environment

You work within the Wholesale Banking Global Tribe Omnichannel . The purpose of our Tribe: Becoming the best digital Wholesale bank by delivering an industry leading and consistent digital customer experience across all ING touch points. The Tribe is responsible for the delivery of all digital touch points where Wholesale Banking Clients (the employees of the clients) engage with ING. This includes interactions across different devices, from smartphones to desktop, and various channels including the mobile app, host 2 host channels, internet banking and websites. Our clients are spread across 40 countries and use our channels to find information, buy products and for servicing.

As the Product Owner "InsideBusiness administration" you will work according to the ING Agile way of working as part of the Chapter InsideBusiness as a Platform. This chapter is responsible for the foundation of our digital channels.

The InsideBusiness administration squad specifically is responsible for all screens enabling both customers (as Corporate admins) as our Employees (CLT /Channel setup) to manage the complete administration of all our digital channels.

The InsideBusiness administration squad is a DEVOPS squad, meaning you are responsible for not only the change but also the maintenance of everything you and your team deliver.

You will work in close relationship with the PPAM squad, which basically creates the backend for your front-end based delivery.

Y our key responsibilities

As a Product owner InsideBusiness administration

• You are representing the squad, have a strong vision on how to improve our administration.
• You pro-actively align with other tribes or squads relying on our data in case of any issue or improvement.
• You walk the fine line between our change and run portfolio and determine the priority of the work done by your team.
• You play an active role in all scrum ceremonies.
• You report on a regular base toward tribe management in respect to the progress and you make sure the QBR commitments are executed as good as possible.
• You support the Tribe Lead in the responsibility to manage the overall P&L for the OmniChannel tribe by integrating this in your daily work and priority setting
• Offering digital solutions by seamless integration into the value chain of our clients and by connecting it with other internal and external capabilities;
• Ensure our licence to operate by secure and flawless 24/7 operations while ensuring regulatory compliance;
• You apply your experience in supporting to build and manage the products with an end-to-end mindset, including the needed COPAF design and implementation and business operations and services
• You are able to simplify solutions and processes and tell our story clearly to clients and front-office colleagues
• You can be responsible for implementing and operating our services for our clients
• You have analytical skills and takes decisions based on data and facts
• You are a pro-active thinker
• You work with Risk, Compliance, and Legal stakeholders, to make sure our products and services comply with regulation and policies
• You apply your experience in marketing, strategic road mapping and adhering to target audiences in the fast changing context of digital transformation
• You are creative and an out-of-the box thinker who likes to work in a multidisciplinary team in an agile environment

• You contribute to the ING One Agile Way of Working and safeguard the Orange Code.
• You are an energetic, motivating person who can work as part of a multidisciplinary team and who can also work independently, think and act out of the box and take accountability.
• You ensure compliance with ING's policies and standards.
• You can be appointed as delegate IT asset and/or data owner for IT assets and data in scope.
• You maintain contacts with stakeholders and external parties.
• You stimulate cross-border interaction and alignment between people, Tribes, Squads, Chapters, FO organization and Service organization.
• You give and ask for constructive feedback.
