    Gap leader PGC

    Functie

Kom dan bij ons aan de slag als Gap leader Het betreft een geweldige zelfstandige functie in een vooruitstrevende no-nonsense omgeving. Je werkt in een 2-ploegendienst en vindt het geen probleem om, wanneer het nodig is, over te werken.

    Hoofdtaken en verantwoordelijkheden:

  • De Gap Leader rapporteert aan Supervisor PGC;
  • De Gap Leader zet de IDEMIA-norm richting de operators;
  • Veilig werken (houding, RSI, RIE, SIO, S&L);
  • Met kwaliteit en beveiliging produceren (FPR, RCA, verificatie);
  • Focus op productiedoelen houden (OEE, hourly progress run chart) met aandacht en daarmee motivatie van operators verhogen;
  • De best beschikbare kennis organiseren (EPL), (laten) trainen en skills register up to date houden;
  • Uitvoering van de planning in de ploeg; inzet van operators; monitoren van de voortgang per uur; afwijkingen van de planning vastleggen, directe oorzaak aangeven, actie binnen team (inzet operators) of escaleren daarbuiten (supervisor, Maintenance, Quality);
  • Samen met de andere Gap Leaders en Productie Supervisor de kwaliteit van de aflevering en toelevering binnen de shift met constante flow organiseren, monitoren en gestaag verbeteren;
  • Binnen de shift de flow zo organiseren dat ochtend en avondploeg een gevulde lijn ontvangen en overdragen, met een helder overzicht van knelpunten en maatregelen;
  • Berichtgeving en maatregelen vanuit de lijn communiceren en invoeren;
  • Issues (veiligheid, productie, personeel, machines, cultuur) in de ploeg verwoorden en kunnen delen binnen de shift en communiceren in de lijn;
  • Open en heldere communicatie naar alle stakeholders;
  • Positieve werkhouding, constructief, naar alle medewerkers, waar geen ruimte is voor favorieten, maar objectief alle medewerkers beoordelen en aansturen in functioneren;
  • Bij tegenslagen en problemen, ook dit constructief en positief blijven benaderen en dit zodanig communiceren in lijn met de IDEMIA-normen en waarden. Geen verwijtend gedrag vertonen.

    • Functie eisen

  • LBO+, MBO of gelijkwaardig niveau;
  • Affiniteit met computers;
  • Technisch inzicht en ervaring met werken met machines;
  • Kennis van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift;
  • Hoog kwaliteitsgevoel;
  • Hoge mate van accuratesse;
  • Beschikt over goede communicatieve vaardigheden;
  • Bereid om in een 2 ploegendienst te werken uur en uur).

    Ons aanbod

  • Brutosalaris van tussen de €2500,- en €3200,- o.b.v. 36-urige werkweek;
  • Jaarcontract voor 36 uur per week met uitzicht op een vaste aanstelling;
