    Introduction to the Job

    Do you love engineering electronic solutions for high-tech products? Are you a great communicator and super disciplined? Then look no further!

    Role and Responsibilities

    • Create, maintain and train competence standards including EMC decomposition and design rules
    • Implement feedback and lessons learned, drive timely technical choices, and enrich EMC knowledge
    • Perform feasibility studies, develop competence roadmap, and define targets
    • Build internal and external EMC knowledge network, stay updated on EMC trends, and track legislative changes
    • Act as a coach, drive improvement opportunities, define training curriculum, and ensure team activation and quality

    Education and Experience

    • Bachelor or Master degree in Electrical Engineering
    • 10+ years in design for EMC, knowledge of testing and troubleshooting
    • Experience in electronics and electromechanical designs, technical documentation, and working in a multidisciplinary environment

    Skills

    As an EMC Competence Lead, you'll need initiative, good social skills, the ability to work in a dynamic environment, and excellent communication skills. You should be analytical, proactive, and quality-focused. Also, you must have the ability to lead your own development, attention to detail, and strong networking and communication skills.
