- je bouwt relaties op met leveranciers van laadapparatuur en -systemen, zoals charging connection devices, charge controllers en charger suppliers.
- je volgt de ontwikkelingen in de charging-markt en de ISO/IEC standaarden op de voet en vertaalt deze naar de strategie en de producten van VDL Bus en Coach.
- je werkt samen met productplanning om de toekomstvisie van VDL Bus en Coach met betrekking tot het opladen van de e-voertuigen te bepalen en te realiseren.
- je werkt samen met andere engineering afdelingen om de gewenste functionaliteiten en specificaties te ontwikkelen en te testen. Je voorziet hen van de benodigde input en feedback, bijvoorbeeld over hoe de bus zich tijdens het laden dient te gedragen.
- je werkt samen met beproeving om de kwaliteit en de prestaties van de laadoplossingen te verifiëren en te valideren.
- je werkt samen met de technische helpdesk om support te geven bij technische problemen en vragen van klanten en servicepartners.
- je hebt een hbo-diploma in een technische richting, bij voorkeur elektrotechniek of automotive;
- je hebt minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie, bij voorkeur met het laden van heavy duty voertuigen;
- je beheerst de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift. Kennis van Engels en/of Duits is een pré;
- je kunt zelfstandig werken, je eigen mening vormen en die ook durven te verdedigen;
- je hebt goede communicatieve vaardigheden en kunt goed samenwerken met verschillende disciplines en niveaus;
- je bent proactief, leergierig en resultaatgericht.

Samen ontwikkelen en produceren we chassis en chassismodules, touringcars, openbaarvervoerbussen, mini-midibussen, speciale voertuigen en verzorgen we de in- en verkoop van gebruikte bussen. VDL Bus & Coach is primair verantwoordelijk voor de wereldwijde verkoop van bussen.
