Vanaf het allereerste contact tot aan de after-sales service, sta je klaar om hen te ondersteunen op hun reis. In ons hechte team draait alles om samenwerking, waar jouw rol van onschatbare waarde is. Je taken zullen bestaan uit: ï¥ Het opbouwen van sterke klantrelaties door proactieve communicatie en topkwaliteit service; ï± Efficiënte verwerking van orders in SAP, via diverse kanalen zoals telefoon, e-mail en sales agents; ï¦ Actief beheer van backorders en het vinden van alternatieven voor een betrouwbare backup; ï Gebruik van Scan2order en opstellen van offertes voor een vlotte afhandeling; ï¶ Up-to-date houden van verkoopprijzen in SAP; ï» Onderhouden van contact met klanten via e-mail en telefoon; ï¤ Het begeleiden van nieuwe klanten voor een naadloze overgang.
