    What will be your challenge?

    In this role you will have the following duties and responsibilities:

    · As a Purchase Assistant you are part of one of our Finance & Control department. You report to the Manager Facility

    · You will give administrative support to other departments by executing a variety of administrative purchase tasks (correspondence, desk expediting, making PO's, filing etc.)

    · You will order goods and/or services with subcontractors and/or suppliers within the framework of Category Buyers, Project Buyers or NPR Buyer concluded contracts. Create purchase orders. Solve irregularities in invoicing and create orders in the Navision system

    · You are pro-active and problem-solving in your approach. You are a proud and passioned professional that is eager to learn

    What do we ask for?

    · Secondary Vocational Education (MBO) finance/administrative

    · 2-5 years' experience in a similar role

    · You recognise yourself in the following competences; Analytical ability, communication, exactitude, planning & organising, passionate and proud team player

    · Knowledge of MS office applications and Navision

    · A good command of written and spoken English
