    Uitdagende MT positie binnen de ICT afdeling in een internationale context

    Kenmerken:

    • Uitdagende MT positie binnen de ICT afdeling in een internationale context;
    • Vertalen Business demands naar applicatie- en processtrategie;
    • Doel moet zijn een zo standaard mogelijk ERP en PLM applicatielandschap;
    • Geeft leiding aan 10 professionals en een flexibele groep interne en externe indirect reports;
    • Continue focus op innovatie en technologische ontwikkelingen.

    Taakgebieden:

    • Voortdurend ontwikkelen van de applicatiestrategie, het applicatielandschap en de architectuur functie als afgeleide van de bedrijfsstrategie;
    • Definiëren, afstemmen en schrijven van functionele vereisten en proces verbeteringen in nauw overleg met betrokken stakeholders uit alle lagen van de organisatie;
    • Verantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteit van de te leveren diensten;
    • Sturing geven aan en ontwikkelen van het team van 10+ analisten en developers;
    • Budget verantwoordelijk, stellen van prioriteiten, inleiden en begeleiden van budgetbesluiten;
    • Rapporterend aan Senior Director Global IT en lid van global IT MT;
    • Aanspreekpunt voor externe partijen; softwareleveranciers en gerelateerde contracten.
    • WO / HBO+; Informatica, Technische Bedrijfskunde of gerelateerd;
    • Zeer ruime internationale ervaring;
    • Zeer ruime ervaring met applicatiearchitectuur en IT-beheer, bij voorkeur in een productieomgeving;
    • Ervaring met ERP- en PLM (pre)-systeemconversies en integratie van (standaard) oplossingen;
    • Certificeringen in TOGAF, Prince II / ITIL en LEAN of verwante aanpakken zijn pre;
    • Visie om bedrijfs- en applicatieomgevingen naar een hoger maturity level te brengen en uit te voeren;
    • Grote mate van autonomie en verantwoordelijkheid om in een pragmatische en dynamische omgeving richting te geven, te anticiperen en resultaten neer te zetten;
    • Stressbestendig, daadkrachtig, organisatiesensitief en sterke probleemoplossende, analytische onderhandelingsvaardigheden;
    • Uitstekende arbeidsvoorwaarden met ruime mobiliteitsregeling, bonus en meer prima secundaire voorwaarden;
    • Locatie Noord Limburg;
    • Onderdeel van een internationaal MT; China, Korea, USA, Europa;
