Als medewerker Customer Services vervul je een cruciale rol binnen dit bedrijf. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor aftersales werkzaamheden, het afhandelen van telefonische vragen en klachten, en het opvolgen van e-mails vanuit de storings- en info-mailbox. Daarnaast ondersteun je diverse interne afdelingen met administratieve taken en verzorg je de urenverwerking van de operators. Met jouw inzet en professionaliteit lever je een waardevolle bijdrage aan de klanttevredenheid en de efficiënte werking binnen het bedrijf.
Het bedrijf is opgericht in 1994 en begon destijds met het plaatsen van zogeheten honestyboxen bij bedrijven en instellingen. Consumenten konden betalen met een gulden voor elk artikel dat zij uit de box haalden, maar konden dit ook niet doen. Vooral bij grotere organisaties hield dit concept niet lang stand, zodat in 1998 werd besloten tot het plaatsen en exploiteren van frisdrank-, snack- en versautomaten. Vandaag de dag bedient het bedrijf vanuit drie distributiecentra (Groningen, Nieuwegein en Nijmegen ) circa 4.500 automaten in Nederland. Daarnaast verzorgt dit innovatieve bedrijf in meerdere school- en bedrijfskantines de catering. Met de inzet van circa 200 medewerkers is het daarmee één van de grootste landelijke spelers in de markt.
