    Als Manager Business Analytics vertaal je organisatie- en datavraagstukken op strategisch en tactisch niveau naar technologische concepten waar het team verder mee kan.

    Wat doe je als Manager Business Analytics?

  • Je geeft leiding aan 6 hoog opgeleide professionals met een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel;
  • Je bent een sparringpartner voor je team door je kennis over concepten als business intelligence, dashboarding, AI, master data, RPA, no/low code app development en citizen development;
  • Je vervult een enterprise architect rol naar je team en de organisatie. Daarbij vertaal je organisatie- en datavraagstukken op strategisch en tactisch niveau naar technologische concepten waar het team verder mee kan;
  • Je past UX/UI design proces en andere innovatieve werkvormen toe om de multidisciplinaire samenwerking bij vraagstukken te versterken;
  • Je bent een sterke voordeur voor het team zodat zij zich kunnen focussen op het toevoegen van waarde met hun competenties;
  • Je helpt de organisatie de juiste keuzes te maken over de inzet van de capaciteit van je team;
  • Je ontwikkelt de competenties van het team en geeft hen focus;
  • Je werkt continu aan sociale veiligheid en ruimte om te 'experimenteren en leren'.

  • Je beschikt over WO werk-en denkniveau en ervaring met het leidinggeven aan en coachen van professionals;
  • Je kent de conceptuele mogelijkheden van technologie waar het team mee werkt;
  • Je zet de koers uit en combineert hierbij jouw kennis over technologische ontwikkelingen met de strategische richting van Pluryn;
  • Je bent een sterke persoonlijkheid die staat voor zijn team: Pluryn is een grote organisatie en er komen veel vragen op het team af; je kan goed prioriteren, verwachtingen managen en durft daarbij ook nee te zeggen als het gewoon echt niet past;
  • Je bent organisatiesensitief; je voelt aan welke keuzes afstemming vragen op organisatorisch niveau of technologisch vlak met andere onderdelen van Pluryn;
  • Je faciliteert de samenwerking tussen je teamleden en andere collega's om het beste uit vraagstukken te halen;
  • Je communiceert helder en begrijpelijk: het onderwerp data en alles wat erbij komt kijken staat vaak ver af van de gemiddelde organisatiemedewerker, je weet complexe materie op een makkelijke manier uit te leggen.

    • Afdeling

    Het team Business Analytics ondersteunt Pluryn bij data gedreven organiseren, sturen en verbeteren. Pluryn wil tijdig kunnen anticiperen op ontwikkelingen om de strategische doelen te behalen. Het team voegt waarde toe gebaseerd op data en kennis over inhoud en proces. Dat kan gaan om operationele, tactische en strategische stuurinformatie én het slimmer inrichten van werkprocessen. Technologie kan daar natuurlijk bij helpen. Ook zorgt het team dat belangrijke informatie (master data) voor Pluryn goed georganiseerd is. Zo kan Pluryn echt slim en zorgvuldig gebruik maken van data.

    Het team werkt met verschillende technologieën: met Betty Blocks zijn verschillende low-code applicaties ontwikkeld ter ondersteuning van de zorg, zoals de Zorggids (voor een efficiënter cliëntproces) en het Bestelplein (een interne marktplaats voor hergebruik van goederen). Processen worden geautomatiseerd met UIpath/ RPA, zoals bijvoorbeeld de verwerking van inkoopfacturen en bepaalde controles in de zorgadministratie. Voor de BI-omgeving werken we met Microsoft waarbij in 2024 een start wordt gemaakt met de uitrol van PowerBI.

    Het team Business Analytics ia onderdeel van de afdeling Financiën & Control maar werkt natuurlijk ook nauw samen met andere afdelingen zoals ICT, Kennis & Kwaliteit en HR.
