During my tenure as a Ground Service Manager at various airlines, including roles at renowned airlines in Korea, I developed a deep understanding of customer service and efficient baggage handling.

Throughout my roles, I was responsible for assisting in the loading and unloading of baggage, ensuring timely and accurate transportation between different locations, and efficiently handling transfer and return baggage for passengers.

I transitioned to marketing due to the dynamic changes in the aviation industry after COVID-19, gaining proven experience in online marketing, offline content planning, and event coordination in the IT industry. I previously worked as a marketing manager for an online fashion platform, acquiring a deep understanding of customer interaction and effective communication. This experience has equipped me with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to coordinate marketing strategies to meet customer needs, which are valuable assets for a role that emphasises effective communication and close cooperation.
