    About the role

    The Consultant - Digital role sits in the Digital Consulting Team. This is a team of 5. The Digital and Live consulting teams together make up the Consulting department in the BeNeLux-Dach region. In this role, knowledge of talent management and some client-facing experience is essential. The Consultant role is central to the design, project management and delivery of impactful interventions and digital solutions.

    You will support client facing and digital assignments aligned to Talogy's core solutions. You will work with colleagues from the commercial and client experience teams to provide solutions to client challenges in assessment and development for both local and international clients. You will manage engagements and projects for our clients, building strong client relationships and looking for opportunities to grow accounts. You will also be responsible for maintaining the quality of our work by continually improving and refreshing our offering.

    This opportunity is ideal for a focused, highly proactive and self-motivated individual with experience of designing and delivering high impact digital solutions, such as online psychometric assessment solutions. Preferably you will have experience of working across a range of topics and organisations, both locally and internationally. This role requires a creative thinker who can think broadly about solutions to clients' talent challenges and who can quickly learn new skills and information and apply them in a variety of situations. A strong relationship builder with business acumen who can be a sparring partner to stakeholders in client organisations and ensure that solutions are aligned to the client's needs and challenges. We're also looking for someone who is commercially driven, eager to progress and relishing the prospect of being expected to help shape the direction of the consultancy where they can personally make a difference.

    Role Responsibilities

    The Consultant role is primarily responsible for:

    • Managing projects for some of our client accounts; building strong personal relationships, understanding their business and industry needs, identifying win-win opportunities, and ensuring the highest levels of client satisfaction and retention.
    • Leading and delivering client projects spanning the BeNeLux-Dach region (main growth region being Germany, fluency in German is required) and beyond, working as part of a collaborative team. Projects will cover our full portfolio of products and services, including the delivery of assessment or development solutions and end-to-end talent identification processes.
    • Motivate and inspire colleagues to work together towards project and client goals. Share knowledge and experience and provide clear guidance and direction. Delegate and empower others to deliver by supporting, mentoring, and encouraging the development of more junior team members while identifying and creating opportunities for others to learn and grow.
    • Play an active role in business development by building on existing client relationships, working with Business Developers / Account Managers to prepare and present proposals and supporting wider marketing activities.
    • Take an active role in solution proposition and development.

    Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Requirements

    • Master's degree in occupational psychology (or equivalent in a related subject).
    • Bilingual (German & English), preferably 1 additional language (French or Dutch)
    • Some experience of supporting and advising on talent attraction & assessment or people development challenges (as an external consultant and/or in-house).
    • Experience of varied and creative approaches to assessment and/or development and an interest in external market and professional trends.
    • Experience of preparing and presenting proposals and selling consultancy projects and services
    • Experience of delivering and reporting to senior management
    • Willingness to learn and apply all Talogy's core digital solutions.
    • Willingness to share knowledge and experience and to coach and develop colleagues.
    • Will receive training as required but will take responsibility for own development.
    • Strong Microsoft skills; Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (and comfort with remote technology platforms)
