    Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming phone calls and emails from customers regarding shipments and invoices
  • Enter Data in SAP to book Customers' Purchase Orders coming in through different channels (EDI: Electronic Data Interchange; email; Esker; fax; phone)
  • Process and manage in SAP the daily customer order flow
  • Collect and analyze delivery reports from logistic service providers
  • Communicate with internal departments including Warehouse, Finance, Master Data, and Credit Control to investigate and resolve customer disputes
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Quality Processes
    • What you bring

  • Relevant experience in a similar (Customer Service) position
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and Windows-based computer applications
  • Fluent oral and written communication skills in English
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in Danish. Other Nordic languages are a plus
  • Experience with SAP is preferred
