Objectives:
Embark on a transformative role where you will spearhead impactful projects, including the creation of a dynamic internship program and the fine-tuning of our employer branding. You will dive into comprehensive A-Z recruitment, taking charge of intake calls, crafting compelling job descriptions, sourcing and screening candidates, and conducting interviews. Your collaborative spirit will shine as you assist fellow talent acquisition partners in coordinating interviews between hiring managers and candidates. In summary, these will be your key objectives and learning points:
A-Z Recruitment
Dive into end-to-end recruitment processes, encompassing intake calls, job description creation, sourcing, screening, and conducting phone screen interviews.
Employer Branding:
Develop and implement a comprehensive internship program for both current interns and alumni, fostering a supportive learning environment.
Fine-tune employer branding strategies to enhance the organization's reputation and attract top-tier talent.
Assist with job postings and create job campaigns on the career site and social media platforms.
Assist with candidate communications and employer branding activities, such as creating events, making employer branding videos.
Collaboration and coordination
Collaborate seamlessly with talent acquisition partners, providing invaluable support in coordinating interviews between hiring managers and candidates.
Strategic contribution
