    Jouw rol als Senior Manager

    Als Senior Manager ben jij gepassioneerd door de Agile mindset en de Agile manier van werken. Met deze passie adviseer en ondersteun jij opdrachtgevers bij hun transformatie naar een meer wendbare en klantgerichte organisatie, vaak in combinatie met een digitaliseringstraject.

    Taken & Verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Op doortastende wijze leiding geven aan de uitvoering van omvangrijke bedrijfstransformaties bij onze opdrachtgevers;
  • Op het hoogste niveau (team, senior management en raad van bestuur) effectief adviseren en ondersteunen van opdrachtgevers om hun enterprise transformatie tot een succes te maken;
  • Als senior manager draag je de verantwoordelijkheid voor klanttevredenheid, omdat onze opdrachtgevers altijd onze ambassadeurs zullen blijven;
  • Verwerven van nieuwe opdrachten op basis van je eigen netwerk gecombineerd met het netwerk van Eraneos;
  • In jouw opdrachten vervul je een leidende rol, waarbij je verantwoordelijk bent voor het ontwikkelen van jouw teams en actief coachen van (junior) collega's om hun groei en ontwikkeling te bevorderen.

    Je komt te werken in onze practice Organizational Excellence & Transformation samen met collega's in Nederland, Zwitserland, Duitsland en Spanje.     Wat heb je in huis?

    Eraneos is een heel dynamisch bedrijf en daarom is het van belang dat je zowel goed zelfstandig maar zeker ook in teamverband goed kunt presteren. Je hebt sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en bent niet bang om de handen uit de mouwen te steken. Je zit vol ideeën en vindt het leuk om nieuwe dingen uit te proberen en anderen hiervoor enthousiast te maken.

    Je staat ervoor open om feedback te geven maar ook te ontvangen om je collega's maar zeker ook jezelf verder te ontwikkelen zodat we als team impact kunnen maken.

    Wat neem jij mee:

  • Minimaal 10 jaar werkervaring gerelateerd aan project- of verandermanagement, waarvan minimaal 5-8 jaar als consultant;
  • WO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur een afgeronde academische studie;
  • Uitgebreide kennis van en ervaring met Agile, de mindset en de way of working;
  • Kennis van frameworks zoals Scrum, SAFe en DevOps is van toegevoegde waarde;
  • Managementervaring is een pré.
