- Je hebt een proactieve en zelfstandige houding;
- Je werkt nauwkeurig en accuraat;
- Je bent een teamspeler, flexibel en stressbestendig;
- Je signaleert gemakkelijk knelpunten en communiceert dit met je collega's.
- Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze reizigers;
- Je speelt een essentiële rol in het waarborgen van een soepele en aangename reiservaring.;
- Je bent dagelijks in contact met reizigers via e-mail en telefoon;
- Je werkt nauw samen met ons externe reisbureau;
- Je beheer reisaanbiedingen en zorg je voor een vlekkeloze administratieve afhandeling.

Wat bieden wij jouHet CIZ is momenteel op zoek naar een tijdelijke travel officer (0,6 fte) voor een periode van minimaal 3 maanden. Als reisfunctionaris maak je deel uit van het Reisteam, dat verantwoordelijk is voor het organiseren van de internationale reizen van ons personeel. Samen met je team streef je naar uitmuntendheid in klantenservice en draag je bij aan het versterken van onze internationale betrekkingen.
Het Centrum voor Internationale Zaken is de afdeling binnen Hogeschool Rotterdam die zich bezighoudt met alle zaken met betrekking tot internationalisering en heeft momenteel 28 medewerkers om ons te helpen bij het bereiken van ons doel om de universiteit te ondersteunen bij haar internationale ambities.
