    Voor een dochterbedrijf van ABN AMRO zijn wij op zoek naar klantenservice medewerkers die energie krijgen van zowel inbound als outbound klantcontact. Inbound bestaat uit het beantwoorden van vragen die binnenkomen via de chat, mail of telefoon. Outbound werkzaamheden vinden over het algemeen telefonisch plaats

    Je vindt het leuk om afwisselend werk te verrichten. Geen dag is hetzelfde op deze afdeling. Ervaring is niet nodig maar een sterke affiniteit met de financiele dienstverlening wel. Je bent flexibel en geïnteresseerd om in een scale-up omgeving te werken.

    • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels;
    • Je bent servicegericht en communicatief vaardig;
    • HBO werk en denkniveau.
    wat ga je doen

    Geen dag is hetzelfde en vragen kunnen sterk variëren, New10 richt zich namelijk op een brede zakelijke doelgroep. Verder biedt je actieve ondersteuning in het beoordelingsproces van leningen die aangevraagd worden.

    Werkzaamheden kunnen variëren van commerciële belletjes, om prospects te informeren over de volgende stap in het proces, tot compliance checks. Bijvoorbeeld bij een vermoeden van fraude of witwassen. Het is een baan met grote afwisseling waarin je zowel je analytische als commerciële en communicatieve vaardigheden verder kan ontwikkelen.

    New10 zet hoog in op ontwikkeling van zijn medewerkers, met o.a. een coach, uitgebreid onboardingsproces én maandelijkse 1-op-1 gesprekken leg je in deze functie een sterk en breed fundament voor toekomstige klantgerichte functies, zoals sales, accountmanagement of consultancy.

    • Dagelijkse team start;
    • Maandelijkse teammeetings;

    • Klantcontact via telefoon, chat en mail.

    Het team waar je in te werken komt is hecht, er wordt op een agile manier gewerkt en dat betekent dat je niet alleen bezig bent met de dagelijkse werkzaamheden, maar dat je ook kan meedraaien in projecten. Men heeft veel aandacht voor elkaar, ze proberen iedereen in hun kracht in te zetten en ook buiten werktijd weten de teamleden elkaar te vinden. Bijvoorbeeld tijdens de borrels op het dakterras van het kantoor aan de Amstel.

    Onze Customer Service afdeling is open van maandag t/m vrijdag. Naast de dagelijkse werkzaamheden zijn er ook tal van verschillende projecten waar je op basis van je skillset bij wordt aangehaakt voor input.

    • Minimaal 28 uur beschikbaar;
    • Op korte termijn beschikbaar voor minimaal 12 maanden.
