    Welke impact maak jij als Senior Manager Commercial Excellence binnen Eraneos?

    Je zet je passie in voor innovatie om zo impact te maken bij onze opdrachtgevers. Dit doe je door het formuleren van strategieën voor de strategische markt, klant en marketing vraagstukken en digitale transformatie uitdagingen waar onze klanten voor staan.

    Jouw rol als Senior Manager Commercial Excellence

    Je wordt onderdeel van ons Digital Business & Innovatie team. Het team breidt zich snel uit en heeft tot doel een marketingstrategie en transformatieteam van wereldklasse te bouwen, dat klanten helpt om succesvol nieuwe producten en diensten naar de markt te brengen en hun commerciële functies te verbeteren en te digitaliseren. Je wordt gevraagd de kernpraktijk commercial excellence naar een hoger niveau te brengen. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor campagnes rond commercial excellence en new business development.

    Taken en verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je geeft leiding aan de uitvoering van strategische marketing en commercial excellence opdrachten bij klanten
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het ontwerpen en ontwikkelen van nieuwe innovatieve producten en diensten voor onze klanten
  • Tijdens projecten geef je leiding aan een team consultants met een focus op commercial excellence proposities en je neemt de leiding bij complexe digitale en marketing en customer excellence transformatie programma's
  • Ook acquisitie van nieuwe opdrachten bij onze klanten een onderdeel van je rol als Senior Manager.

    Eraneos is een toonaangevend internationaal adviesbureau voor strategieontwikkeling, IT en digitalisering. Samen, als team en met onze klanten geven we vorm aan de digitalisering van de samenleving in innovatieve projecten die echte impact maken - in zowel de publieke als de private sector. En daar zijn we trots op.

    Binnen Eraneos ga je aan de slag in de adviespraktijk Digital Business & Innovatie. Het team bestaat uit 20 enthousiaste collega's met wie je kunt sparren en kennis kunt delen. Je krijgt ook veel vrijheid en autonomie om deze adviespraktijk verder uit te bouwen. Ons kantoor is gevestigd in Amsterdam naast de Johan Cruijff Arena en wij hebben het hybride werken volledig omarmd.

    Wat heb je in huis?

    Eraneos is dynamisch en daarom is het van belang dat je zowel goed zelfstandig maar zeker ook in teamverband goed kunt presteren. Je hebt sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en bent niet bang om de handen uit de mouwen te steken. Je hebt ervaring met het werken in een adviseren/consultancy rol op directieniveau.

    Je zit vol ideeën en vindt het leuk om nieuwe dingen uit te proberen en anderen hiervoor enthousiast te maken. Je staat ervoor open om feedback te geven maar ook te ontvangen om je collega's maar zeker ook jezelf verder te ontwikkelen zodat we als team impact kunnen maken.

    Verder neem je mee:

  • Een afgeronde wo-opleiding
  • 10+ jaar ervaring als (senior) manager met gelijkaardige verantwoordelijkheden in een consultancy omgeving
  • Ervaring binnen Corporate Strategy, Digital Transformation, Digital Marketing, Customer experience and journey design, CRM of Customer Analytics and Insights
  • Je neemt een mooi netwerk mee waarmee je de praktijk commercieel kunt uitbreiden
  • Je hebt het vermogen strategische adviesopdrachten te verkopen en te leveren
  • Je bent in staat om een team te bouwen op projectbasis en dit team tijdens projecten te managen en te coachen waarbij je teamgenoten op een verschillend niveau werken en daarbij ook een andere begeleiding/ coaching nodig hebben
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels, Spaans en/of Duits is een pre.
