    Responsibilities : Technical Support Specialist ( Mechanical Engineering)

    In this role as the Technical specialist, you will support customers with detailed technical calculations, sizing of equipment, and product recommendations to optimize the conveyance of products in the Conditioning Platform (spirals, coolers, tunnels, etc).

    As the technical Support Specialist, you will provide support on strategic projects in the Conditioning Platform by

    • Performing detailed calculations and analysis;
    • Making industry-specific product recommendations;
    • Reviewing conveyor designs;
    • Troubleshoot issues in these critical applications by phone or e-mail;
    • Participate in the development and maintenance of tools and documentation (such as calculators, template documents, drawings, etc.) related to the platform.

    Requirements

    Requirements : Technical Support Specialist ( Mechanical Engineering)

    • Minimum of 2 years experience in an enviroment where you help people with your technical knowledge;
    • Bachelor's level in mechanical, manufacturing, or industrial engineering;
    • Experience in technical customer support on-site is highly desirable;
    • Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and or Oracle will be a bonus,otherwise they will teach you;
    • Experience using CAD software (AutoCAD, Solidworks);
    • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills;
    • You have a valid permit or you are an EU citizen;
    • Service-minded; self-managed mentality with a sense of ownership;
    • Advanced communication skills in English. Additional language skills are an advantage.

    Salaris

    The Offer : Technical Support Specialist ( Mechanical Engineering)

    The salary range for this role is EUR 3000 to 5000 per month based on full-time work, depending on your current knowledge and experience.
