    Word jij enthousiast van digitale oplossingen én gedrag in organisaties? Met onze gamification aanpak ga jij samen met de klant op een speelse en laagdrempelige manier aan de slag met grootschalige gedragsverandering.

    Als consultant scalable change lever jij een belangrijke bijdrage aan het realiseren van bedrijfstransformaties bij klanten op thema's als digitalisering, duurzaamheid en wendbaarheid. Dit doe je als specialist vanuit ons Digital Team. Het is een multidisciplinair team bestaande uit consultants, developers en productontwikkelaars. Het team focust op het bieden van digitale oplossingen om verandering op grote schaal te bereiken.

    Technologie en data komen daarbij samen in het door onszelf ontwikkelde digital change platform. Bij onze klanten doe je digitale en datagedreven interventies, waarmee je zowel meetbare impact maakt bij de klant als het werk van consultants binnen Highberg slimmer en sneller maakt. Naast het doen van gave klantopdrachten, denk je mee over welke features onze digitale oplossingen moeten hebben om zoveel mogelijk klantwaarde te behalen.

    Wat je gaat doen als consultant scalable change:

    • Je werkt samen met klanten om verandering vorm te geven vanuit klantvraagstukken;
    • Je werkt samen met het development team om nieuwe trends en klantwensen door te vertalen in nieuwe functionaliteiten voor onze tool;
    • Je werkt met de andere (scalable) change consultants om interventies op een schaalbare manier vorm te geven en ondersteuning te bieden;
    • Je werkt zelfstandig op meerdere projecten en initiatieven waarbij je moeiteloos overzicht creëert en behoudt;
    • Je neemt actief deel aan interne events en/of activiteiten;
    • Je laat jouw collega's met net zoveel verve excelleren als de mensen bij je klanten.
    • Presentaties, workshops en trainingen geven, individuen en teams begeleiden in transitie;
    • Generen van sales; leidende rol bij offertetrajecten en (door)verkoop;
    • Zelfstandig programma/projectleiderschap, leidende rol bij interne events en/of activiteiten, kennis delen met collega's en coachen, begeleiden talentvolle collega's.

    Wat vragen wij?

    • Een afgeronde WO Master opleiding;
    • Je hebt interesse in digitale ontwikkelingen en tools (maar hoeft geen code te kunnen schrijven);
    • Je beschikt over 3+ jaar ervaring in consultancy;
    • Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal;
    • Je bent 32-40 uur per week beschikbaar.
