- You are in the lead of a multidisciplinary team of engineering, CapEx, procurement, S&OP, Commercialization etc;
- You deliver the programs according to budget and schedule without making concessions to quality and safety;
- You coordinate the activities of the team members, monitor progress and compliance to the project plan;
- You manage and mitigate project risks and resources;

Are you ready to deliver complex, multidisciplinary programs with a strategic importance for a world leading organization in the food for all its business product groups? These programs are designed to enhance the organization's strategy by translating business goals into a Supply Chain strategy. You investigate different scenarios and come together with a disciplinary team to a proposal for decision making up to Exec Board level.
The Program Manager's main responsibility is to coordinate and oversee the different phases, activities, and tasks during the projects within specific timeframes, budgets, and quality standards to successfully achieve the desired program outcomes and ensure satisfaction. You deliver programs end-to-end such as footprint studies, make or buy decisions, commercialization and partnership projects from design up to start-up of the programs.
The programs aim to develop the strategy of the organization and translating the business strategy into a SC strategy. You explore various scenarios and collaborate with your multidisciplinary team to develop proposals for decision-making, which you will present to the Executive Board for consideration.
