- Business Controlling en Business Partnering; opstellen van de (strategische) meerjarenplannen, budgetting, analyses en gevraagd en ongevraagd advies geven
- Accounting en Financial Controlling; het (laten) voeren van een transparante modern administratie, invulling geven aan de P&C cyclus, maandafsluiting, opstellen van management rapportages en (geconsolideerde) jaarrekeningen, verzorgen van belastingaangiften en fungeren als contactpersoon voor de externe accountant;
- Leiderschap; het verhogen van de professionaliteit en inzetbaarheid van jouw team, bestaande uit vier medewerkers. Het optimaliseren van procedures en werkwijzen, coachen van de medewerkers.
- HBO en/of WO niveau, gebaseerd op afgeronde bedrijfseconomische of accountancy opleiding, gevolgd door functiegerichte cursussen en / of opleidingen;
- Min. 5 jaar relevante werkervaring als business controller binnen middelgrote organisatie (bij voorkeur in een commercieel gedreven (productie-) onderneming);
- Leidinggevende ervaring is niet een vereiste, persoonlijkheid en potentie speelt een grotere rol in de selectie;
- Kennis van financieel-economische en administratieve processen, moderne bedrijfsvoering, bedrijfsrisico's en risicobeheersing, de begrotings- en beleidscyclus en planning & control;
- Kennis en ervaring met moderne rapportage en consolidatiesystemen, ERP systemen, analyse en rapportagetools en MS-Excel op gevorderden niveau;
- Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engelse in woord en geschrift;
- Analytisch sterk, initiatiefrijk en resultaatgericht.
