Wat kun je verwachten?
Als werkstudent ben je gedurende drie maanden circa twee dagen in de week onderdeel van onze Global Regulatory unit. De unit houdt zich bezig met Europese en Nederlandse regulering van de Life Sciences sector (geneesmiddelen, biotechnologie, medische hulpmiddelen en levensmiddelen). Er wordt regelmatig geadviseerd en soms geprocedeerd op het gebied van markttoelating, vergunningen, reclame en sponsoring, prijzen en zorgverzekeringen, medisch wetenschappelijk onderzoek, contracten, toezicht en boetes. Onze cliënten zijn voornamelijk innovatieve farmaceutische en/of biotech bedrijven.
Je taken zijn breed en divers, variërend van het analyseren van diverse juridische vraagstukken, het schrijven van interne memo's, blogs en conceptadviezen, tot het voorbereiden van presentaties. Daarnaast ben je uiteraard welkom bij al onze sociale activiteiten. Hierdoor komt alles aan bod tijdens je werkstudentschap waardoor je een goed beeld krijgt van hoe het is om onderdeel te zijn van Hogan Lovells.
