Binnen het Financial Shared Service Center (FSSC) speel jij een belangrijke rol als financial controller. Daarnaast ben je een gesprekspartner voor de bedrijven binnen de MCB Group op het gebied van accounting. Als financial controller ben je ook nauw betrokken bij de maand- en jaarafsluitingen. Waarom dit jouw nieuwe baan wordt?
Je gaat rechtstreeks in dienst bij MCB en start met een jaarcontract, met uitzicht op een vast contract.
Het gaat om een functie van 32 tot 38,75 uur per week.
Elke maand krijg je een brutosalaris volgens cao Technische Groothandel, functiegroep L van het MCB-salarishuis (o.b.v. relevante opleiding en ervaring).
Ook geniet je van een goed pensioenfonds met een werknemersbijdrage van 5,2% van de pensioengrondslag. In goed overleg kun je tot twee dagen per week thuiswerken en krijg je een thuiswerkvergoeding van € 2,35 netto per dag.
Naast bovenstaande voorwaarden kun je ook gebruikmaken van diverse e-learnings, een studiefonds voor kinderen (nadat je wat langer in dienst bent) en diverse andere tegemoetkomingen.
Een hbo of universitaire financiële achtergrond in opleiding en werkervaring vanwege de complexiteit van de materie.
Een uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift.
