- Uitgaande correspondentie, waaronder jaarrekeningen en fiscale aangiften, hiervoor ben je vaktechnisch eindverantwoordelijk;
- Nieuwe ontwikkelingen in je vakgebied;
- Beheren van relaties binnen bestaande netwerken, maar je bent ook in staat deze uit te bouwen.
- Het begeleiden en inwerken van (nieuwe) collega's;
- Jij bent de eindverantwoordelijke voor het accountancy team.
- AA-opleiding afgerond en aangevuld met een (afgeronde) praktijkopleiding.
- Ervaring in een soortgelijke functie.
- Een duidelijke visie op de accountancybranche.

Je geeft leiding aan assistent-accountants, die zorgdragen voor de financiële administratie en het samenstellen van de jaarrekeningen. Je bent eindverantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteit van de dossiers en de werkzaamheden van jouw team. Jij bent de financieel specialist en adviseur. Je besteedt jouw tijd graag aan het proactief invullen van klantenbehoeften en je kunt goed schakelen tussen je collega's en de ondernemers die je bedient. Je levert een positieve bijdrage aan ons team en je weet op een goede manier gebruik te maken van de kwaliteiten van je collega's.
