Responsibilities

• Daily system input and record. bookkeeper job and accounting documentation filing.
• Expense review and check.
• Run daily operation report to assist business team using ERP system (Sage X3).
• Timely completion of month end closing

- closely working with headquarter team.

• Communicate well with local CPA with tax, bank, and government affairs.
• Assist sales team to track receivable collection.
• Web-Banking payment process.
• Taking more multitask and responsibilities to assist GM for administration and operation job.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• 12 years of accounting work experience.
• Familiarity with Sage X3 (not required but a plus).
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

Pay:
€**54,000 salary 9 (excluding bonus)

• 1 or 2month salary payment.
