- Du leitest zusammen mit dem ICM-Team eine datengetriebene Personalplanung.
- Du koordinierst eng mit den Senior Managern im Pharma-Team, um effiziente Prozesse sicherzustellen und Lösungen für Planungsengpässe zu finden.
- Gemeinsam mit dem Pharma Academy-Team verantwortest du das pharmazeutische Schulungsprogramm für unser Personal. Zusätzlich dazu sorgst du mit deinem Team dafür, dass alle Standardarbeitsanweisungen (SOPs) und Verfahren aktuell und übersichtlich sind sowie leicht zugänglich bleiben.
- Als Mitglied des Managementteams Pharma bist du gemeinsam mit deinen Kollegen dafür verantwortlich, die Qualität der pharmazeutischen Prozesse zu sichern und zu verbessern.
- Du verfügst idealerweise über ein relevantes abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium, vorzugsweise in (technischer) Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Organisationswissenschaften oder Personalmanagement.
- Erfahrung im Bereich des Kapazitätsmanagements und Projektmanagements ist von Vorteil.
- Du hast eine Affinität zum Gesundheitswesen.
- Analytisches Denkvermögen, Innovationsfreude und Genauigkeit zeichnen dich aus. Du bist in der Lage, komplexe Informationen klar und verständlich zu präsentieren.
- Du beherrschst MS Office ausgezeichnet und verfügst über Fähigkeiten für komplexe Datenanalysen.
- Gute kommunikative und Teamfähigkeiten zeichnen dich aus. Du motivierst und herausforderst das Senior Management mit deinem lösungsorientierten und kreativen Ansatz.
