    Als Senior Manager Process Optimization richt je je op het actief uitbreiden van de Business Process Capability. Je werft nieuwe projecten en bevordert het ondernemersklimaat. Maar dat is niet alles Je organiseert, leidt en bewaakt lopende projecten, daarmee zorg je voor een soepele implementatie en acceptatie binnen de organisatie. Daarnaast vervul je de rol van operationeel leider van één of meerdere projectteams. Je bouwt en onderhoudt een relevant netwerk met huidige en nieuwe klanten en je begeleidt consultants tijdens projecten en in hun persoonlijke ontwikkeling. Dit alles draagt bij aan het verbeteren van de bedrijfsprocessen, zowel intern als extern.

    Dit kan ik Wat moet ik kunnen?

    Voor deze rol is een dosis aan kennis en ervaring een must Met een afgeronde bachelor- en masteropleiding in de richting van Engineering of (Technische) Bedrijfskunde en minimaal 8 jaar relevante werkervaring ben jij geen nieuweling in het vak. Ook heb je een track record om u tegen te zeggen. Als kers op de taart heb je minstens 5 jaar ervaring als de grote baas binnen consultancy projecten.

    Je bent niet alleen bekend met Lean Six Sigma, Agile/Scaled Agile Framework en Scrum, maar ook met Process Modeling & Analysis en Enterprise/Process Architecture. Daarnaast ben je niet zomaar op de hoogte van de laatste ontwikkelingen; nee, je loopt zelfs een stapje voor Commercieel inzicht zit in je DNA; je bent goed in het opbouwen en behouden van relaties. Last but not least, je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands en Engels.
