    As an account manager at Walters People, you'll be a dedicated relationship builder and market expert. With the freedom to oversee and expand your customer portfolio, you'll proactively identify and capitalize on new opportunities and collaborations.
    Leveraging your recruitment expertise and industry knowledge, you will consult clients on effective recruitment strategies, assisting them in acquiring and retaining top talent. Your primary focus will be on cultivating enduring relationships with both clients and candidates, contributing significantly to the success of their organizations.

    Your role as a commercially savvy and results-oriented professional involves securing new assignments and supporting the growth of existing clients. With your sales prowess and proactive approach, you'll establish and maintain a robust network of potential customers and candidates.
    You'll guide candidates through the recruitment process, conducting interviews, providing career advice based on your expertise. Collaboration with clients to comprehend their needs and identify the right candidates will also be a crucial aspect of your responsibilities.
