    Job Description

    Your Role as a Senior Product Manager

    As Senior Product Manager you will drive the definition, development and introduction of a winning product strategy for the European market for Intrusion Systems. By working in close alignment with customers, markets and internal stakeholders, you will strive to continuously improve our integrated offerings.

    Your Tasks

  • Competitor Analysis: Keep abreast of competitor products and market trends to develop and maintain strategic vision for product roadmaps
  • Product Launch: Define the launch strategy and drive the European launch execution in collaboration with the local market partners as well as marketing and sales teams to launch new products
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify opportunities for new products or enhancements to existing products
  • Product Development: Steer the development and delivery of new propositions in cooperation with (end)-users and internal stakeholders (esp. Executives, Marketing managers, Communication Managers and Engineering)
  • Develop integral proposition based on market- and customer insights, including value proposition, supporting claims, pricing strategy, offer design, target customers and markets
  • Product Lifecycle Management: Monitor the performance of products throughout their lifecycle, making recommendations for enhancements or discontinuations as necessary.

    • Qualifications

    What You Bring:

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
  • Technical fluency and experience in contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product ideally in the Intrusion industry.
  • Ideally have 8+ years of hands-on experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology
  • Extensive background in writing market requirements, defining future product features, and product lifecycle management.
  • Understanding of customer experience, familiarity with UX and Design Thinking methodologies, and success in creating innovative and user-friendly products
  • Experience in an international business environment, specializing in marketing and business development

  • Your willingness to travel internationally, up to 25%
